Located in East Haddam, CT, the Goodspeed Opera House has gone through several changes over the years. Though it once served as a militia base and is now on the National Register of Historic Places, it has never actually hosted an opera, but it is the birthplace of such famous musicals as Annie, Man of La Mancha and Shenandoah.
