The Renaissance Revival-influenced Palace Theater located in downtown Waterbury, CT, built in 1921 and designed by renowned theatre and cinema architect Thomas Lamb, is one of only two remaining theatres belonging to New Haven theatre magnate Sylvester Z. Poli that remain intact and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
